● Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads

● Plan, launch, monitor, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and efficiency

● Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads are not just beautiful – but effective

● Manage monthly budgets in the range of ₹20L – ₹30L (Monthly)

Role:

  • You’ll be hands-on with performance campaigns across Meta & Google.

  • Manage and monitor daily budgets to ensure efficient spend and consistent delivery.
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The role involves assisting with campaign setup, audience research, performance tracking, and reporting.

Ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, this internship provides exposure to real campaign data, learning opportunities in optimisation techniques, and an understanding of how performance marketing drives business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Knowledge of key digital marketing concepts: CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in working on Excel/Google Sheets.

We don’t need someone to throw keywords into a blog and call it strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Keyword research that actually aligns with intent
  • On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Optimising web content, landing pages, and even YouTube descriptions
  • Tracking performance and knowing what’s working and why
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahref etc.) and web analytics tools (eg Search Console, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on measurable

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can take raw footage and turn it into something you want to watch twice
  • Understands pacing, hooks, and retention
  • Knows what makes content go viral
  • Uses AI tools to move faster and create output that beats industry standards.
  • Editing addictive short-format videos for Instagram reels that keep audiences engaged.
  • Crafting long-format Digital Video Campaigns (DVCs) that make our clients’ brands shine.
  • Adding motion graphics that make our content visually exciting and uniquely ours.
  • Bringing your creative perspective to every project – we want ideas, originality, and a little bit of boldness.


Must:

  • Know your way around CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro,
  • Know AI tools that boost output ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Mid journey etc.
  • Be obsessed with trends  and know how to make them better.

Salary – Upto 4.8 LPA

Minimum Experience : 2  years

Role:

  • Raise Invoices
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Preparing & filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per compliance requirements.
  • Payment to Vendors (Contractual employees, Freelancers)
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in audits (internal/external) by providing required documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Certification like CA-Inter or any other pursuing a professional accounting course is a plus
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations (if applicable).
