Who we are ?
We're a full-service agency working at the intersection of design, content, code and AI. We build digital assets for brands that actually need to perform — fine jewellery houses, D2C labels, SaaS products, and everything in between. Websites, apps, internal tools, campaigns, brand systems - if it lives on a screen, we make it. We don't do mediocre. Our work has to convert, retain and look the part doing it.

You should be :

• A hustler. This isn't a 10–6 role. Clients move fast, devs move faster, and you're the glue
• Fluent in production. You've shipped real interfaces. You understand grids, states, edge cases, accessibility, and what's actually buildable.
• A systems thinker. You design for scale, not one-off screens
• Conversion-aware. You know why a CTA works, why a form drops off, and how layout decisions affect behaviour
• Sharp with AI tools. Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Lovable, Midjourney, Runway — whatever gets the job done faster and better
• Comfortable with clients. You can present, push back, manage expectations, and make decision-makers feel heard without losing the plot
• Portfolio-heavy. We care less about where you studied and more about what you've shipped. More work = more interest. Brand work, product work, side projects — bring all of it
